Terms of Use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its puzzles.

Every puzzle, including the daily puzzle, comes with 1 free hint. After that, hints come from your hint stock, which you buy with diamonds in the bundles shown in the app and which works in all three puzzle types; when a puzzle's free hint and your stock are used up, you can also watch an optional rewarded ad for one extra hint in that puzzle. You earn diamonds by playing (for the first solve of each level, for each daily puzzle, and a bonus when you solve all three daily puzzles of the same day), by choosing to watch an optional rewarded ad after a level's first solve to double the diamonds that solve earned, and by watching optional rewarded ads for free diamonds, up to the daily limit shown in the app (the day changes at midnight Türkiye time). A reward from a rewarded ad is given only after the ad has played to the end. You can also buy diamond packs (see section 3). You can spend diamonds on hints, on path colour themes for Connect (Lilac and Pink are free; Peach, Mint and Lemon can be unlocked with diamonds) and on level packs: in each of the three puzzles, levels 1 to 60 are free, and from level 61 on, levels come in packs of 10 that you unlock with diamonds, in the amount shown in the app. Levels you have already reached stay open. Diamonds and themes exist only in the app: they have no monetary value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person or device. We may change the game rules, prices in diamonds and rewards in future versions.

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes the interstitial ads described in "Advertising" below. The optional rewarded ads (an extra hint, doubled diamonds) stay available afterward, since you choose to watch them. Because Remove Ads is non-consumable, you can restore it at any time with "Restore purchases" in the app's Settings, including after reinstalling the app or on a new device signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account; no new payment is taken. Diamond packs are consumable purchases: the diamonds are added to your balance as soon as the store confirms the payment, and a purchase is never counted twice. Because they are used up when bought, diamond packs cannot be restored. Your diamond balance is stored on your device, with a copy on the same device so that it comes back after you delete and reinstall the app (on Android only while the device's backup service is on). It does not move to another device. Payment, and any refund request, is handled by Apple or Google Play under their own terms, not by us.

There are three daily puzzles each day, one for each puzzle type (Place, Connect and Divide), the same for every player. The day changes at midnight Türkiye time (00:00, Europe/Istanbul) for everyone. Leaderboards are provided through Apple Game Center on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play Games on Android. Do not manipulate the game (for example by changing your device clock) to gain an advantage. The respective service's own terms apply to leaderboards.

The app shows ads served through Google AdMob and its advertising partners, as described in our Privacy Policy; the interstitial ads stop if you purchase Remove Ads. We do not control the content of individual ads or the third-party sites or apps an ad may lead to, and are not responsible for them.

The puzzles, artwork and design of Snugdoku are protected by copyright.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use, including the loss of progress stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you, including those of the country where you live, and your right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts is preserved.
