Common questions
- How do I play? Snugdoku has three puzzles. Place: one piece in every row, column and coloured region; pieces never touch, not even diagonally. Connect: start at 1, connect the numbers in order and fill every cell; walls block the way. Divide: split the board into rectangles; each holds exactly one number, and the number is how many squares it covers. Every puzzle has exactly one solution.
- When are there new daily puzzles? At midnight Turkey time (00:00, Europe/Istanbul): one for each puzzle type, the same for everyone.
- I bought Remove Ads on another device or reinstalled the app. Open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account. Diamond packs are used up when bought and cannot be restored.
- Will I lose my progress if I delete the app? A copy of your progress stays on the same device, so it comes back when you reinstall (on Android when the device's backup is on). It does not move to another device.
- Leaderboards? Game Center on iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games on Android. Signing in is optional; the game works without it.
