Terms of Use
The short version
- Enjoy Fishburg for your own personal fun. Please don't hack, copy or resell it.
- Coins, gems and in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world money value.
- Your progress is saved only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Only Remove Ads can be restored.
- Turkish law applies, but nothing here takes away the consumer rights you have by law where you live.
1. Agreement
These terms apply between you and BEYDANUR DONMEZ (Beydanur Dönmez) ("we", "us") when you download or play Fishburg (listed on the App Store as "Fishburg: Aquarium"). They apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which covers all apps from the App Store. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Fishburg on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in the game, including its art, sounds, code and name.
3. Coins, gems and virtual items
- Coins are earned by playing and cannot be bought with real money. Gems are earned in the game (for example, from level-ups, awards and the login calendar) or bought with real money. Gems cannot be exchanged for coins.
- Virtual currency and items are a license to use content in the game. They are not property, have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred to another person or game.
- Gems you buy do not expire.
- We may adjust prices, rewards and game balance in updates. We won't take away items you already own, except to fix a clear error (for example, a bug that granted items by mistake).

- All purchases are processed by Apple, and prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or Apple grants a refund. You can ask Apple for a refund.
- Remove Ads can be restored on a new device with Settings → Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account. Gems, coins, the Starter Pack contents and items you have received are stored in your save, so they cannot be restored if the save is lost (for example, if you delete the app without a device backup).
- Remove Ads does not remove rewarded ads, because those are only shown when you choose to watch one.
- There are no random loot boxes. The Reward Chest always shows what's inside.
5. Ads and rewards
Rewarded ads are always optional. A reward is given only after the ad finishes, and some rewards have a daily limit. If no ad is available, no reward is given, and the non-ad option stays available.
6. Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple's terms also apply to it. Leaderboard positions and achievements are for fun and carry no prize.
7. Fair play
Please don't:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, hacks or tools that change the game, its purchases, its ads or leaderboard scores;
- interfere with ads or purchases, or try to get paid items without paying;
- use the game for anything illegal or commercial.
Changing your device clock won't speed up the game, and trying to exploit it may cause lost progress. We may ask Apple to remove leaderboard scores that were obtained by cheating.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering Fishburg or parts of it. Because the game runs on your device, the version you have keeps working offline. If we ever remove paid content, we will act fairly and in line with the law and Apple's rules.
9. Disclaimer
We work hard to make Fishburg fun and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Fishburg or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of your home country, and in Turkey you can apply to consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) or consumer courts where the law allows.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, mention them in the app's update notes. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
